Exhaustion and feeling burnt out from life's priorities have left me with no fitness motivation in the past two weeks. Exercising is a big part of my life and usually leaves me feeling balanced (especially when coupled with good nutrition) even when life's hurdles are in the way. I'm determined to return to this balanced state and for me, falling back into the fitness routine is a major stepping stone.
In an effort to regain my "center," I found this motivational video below via SELF Magazine. I'm always game for trying out new routines (unfortunately, I get bored easily if I don't change up my workout lol). This sampling of P90X moves has me pumped! Gotta love the peppy host, as well!
