First Step

Thankful for a shorter work week;) We were blessed with amazing weather over the weekend, which of course led to some beach time!

MLK

Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day here in the U.S. While I do enjoy the 3-day weekend (and how about those amazing sales, ladies?), today is also about celebrating MLK's legacy. He is best known for his fight for civil rights, but also worth noting was the grace and love he bestowed upon those who opposed him.

He never answered violence with violence - only with love. I think that's an amazing legacy.

I'm trying to stay away from all the MLK sales this weekend - though I did spend a good hour at Forever 21 engulfed in their insane additional 50% off sale! Oh dear. 
The sale is also online! I found this soft, slouchy blue sweater here for just $5. Gosh, I am such a sucker for comfy pullovers lol Have a lovely Saturday!
